See you at Balloon Plays TOMORROW!

Don’t let the cold weather bring you down! Warm your heart with some Balloon Plays, tomorrow Saturday February 21, 2015 at 11am!

as part of the “We Are Takoma” series
Takoma Park Community Center
7500 Maple Avenue
Takoma Park, MD 20912

The phone number for the Center is 301-891-7100 and the website is here.

The show is open admission, $10 donation recommended.
(100% of donations go right to the artists!)
There are no reservations or advance ticketing. While the venue seats 150, be sure to arrive on time. 55 minutes of balloons, and then it’s over!

Transportation options are:
1) Parking lot at the community center, the one that’s a left off of Philadelphia Avenue, next to the library entrance. Enter the building any direction and there will be maps inside leading you to the auditorium.
There are, however, limited parking spaces in this lot! So carpool or get there early.
2) Parking on the street in the nearby neighborhood.
3) A short walk from Takoma Park Metro… if you can stand the weather!
Call the Center at 301-891-7100 if you need any directions.

If you haven’t already, you can RSVP on Facebook here.
And see the We Are Takoma winter brochure here.

Hope to see you all tomorrow!

Balloon Plays Are Over, For Now…

Thank you to the 250+ people who came out and enjoyed Balloon Plays at Capital Fringe! And thanks also to the wonderful folks at Fringe who made our debut possible.

Not to be a tease, but, while we don’t have any definite news to offer yet, we do not think this will have been the last chance anyone has to see Balloon Plays.

Hope to see you again soon!
